From a diary:

In this morning's dream:  The Government was creating a war on its own people…which took place in a European / U.S modern city. 
There were Intense airplanes closing in, violent men in armor / uniform blocking and closing down streets...forcing people to run.  The airplanes were also manipulating the clouds, covering the blue light in the sky.  Then I saw an image of a friend posting on social media of an image of the U.S emergency fires / evacuation zones - 100% was covered, encroached...as there was no place to flee too.  I managed to find shelter at an apartment, which in this dream was in the form of famous basketball player: Shaq.He was getting rid of all of his possessions…a feeling of whatever he owned had no value in this collapse of a city…he was also throwing out and getting rid of NBA trophies & very really valuable things that we see in this culture. It was almost as everything we've seen and been taught that is value vanished into nothingness..just left with ourself naked in the universe.  In this space, my energy was not freaked out...there was an element of safety being in this space though on the external, everything was in chaos.  Then from there woke up...and heard this melody...inspired to plant seeds where war once was.
